Filing Attachments Within BankPro Petition Instead Of Filing Them As Attachments.

When I file a Chapter 13 case in WDMO I attach the Mr. Fink's Schedule C. This document replaces the standard Schedule C. Instead of attaching it as a separate document I just replace it into the standard petition and schedules.

1. Click on the Printer Icon.
2. Click on the Paper Clip Icon Attachments/Scanning.
3. Click on NEW.
4. Name your doc.
5. Insert where you wish to attach.
6. Click on FD to create your flash docs.
or you can attach another document that you have already created.
7. Click okay.

Now your document is ready to file either by general filing techniques or by One Touch filing.

Bank Pro Template

Let's say that you want the same characteristics to show up in every bankruptcy case created in Bank Pro but you are getting real tired of adding those changes every time you open a new case. There is not a template adjust available through Bank Pro but you can do a work around.

1. Open a new case and name it * or any other character.

2. Go into the case and make all your standard adjustments. I use:
a. Executory Contracts - I always reject
JAMS
National Arbitration Forum
American Arbitration Forum
b. Anticipated Changes in Expeditures
www.kcgasprices.com - general cost of goods

3. All three credit bureaus as creditors.

4. When you place everything you want as standard elements save and close the case.

5. Right Click on the case and CLONE. Now you will have your standard settings in the case and continue to add the remaining debtor particulars.

Rotating a page.

You scan pay statements and bring it up in Acrobat. When you do you often discover that the pay stubs are turned all different ways. What to do next.

You have two options when it comes to rotating.

If you wish to rotate the entire document:
1. Click VIEW in the menu bar.
2. Click TOOBARS and ROTATE VIEW.
This will allow you to rotate the entire document.

Now for me the more common situation is rotating one or two pay statements in the entire six months. For this you want to rotate a single page:
1. Click PAGES or THUMBNAILS on the side tab of the document. (This allows you to which pages you want to rotate.)
2. Click DOCUMENT in the menu bar.
3. Click ROTATE PAGES. You can select certain pages or the entire document to rotate.
4. Click FILE and SAVE to save your changes.
